Professional Installation

How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential landscape and architectural lighting installations are completed in a single day. Larger estates, commercial properties, or complex holiday displays may require two to three days. We provide a specific timeline estimate in your proposal.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
We recommend being available at the start and end of the installation, but you don’t need to be present throughout. We’ll brief you at the beginning, check in with any questions as they arise, and walk through everything with you at completion.
What if something isn’t right after the install?
We make it right — period. If anything isn’t performing as expected or doesn’t meet your satisfaction, contact us directly and we’ll be there quickly to address it. Our reputation is built on every single installation.
How far in advance should I book?
For landscape and architectural lighting, we can typically schedule within 2–4 weeks. For holiday lighting, our calendar fills up quickly in September and October — we strongly recommend booking early if you want installation before Thanksgiving.
Will the installation damage my landscaping?
We take great care to protect existing plants, mulch, lawn, and hardscaping. Low-voltage wiring is buried at appropriate depths, fixtures are placed to minimize soil disturbance, and we clean up thoroughly after every job.
