Is the estimate really free?
Completely. There is no charge for the estimate request or the written proposal. You’re under no obligation at any point — we want to earn your trust before we ask for your business.
How quickly will I hear back?
We respond to every estimate request within one business day — typically the same day or next morning. You’ll hear from a real team member, not an automated reply.
Do you serve my area?
We serve all of Oregon — Salem, Portland, Eugene, Bend, Lincoln City, the Oregon Coast, Southwest Washington, and the entire Willamette Valley. If you’re in Oregon, we can help.
What should I expect next?
After the estimate is accepted, we’ll visit your property, walk the space with you, discuss your vision and goals, and take measurements. Plan for 45–60 minutes for a typical residential visit to prepare for installation.
How detailed is the proposal?
Very. You’ll receive an itemized, written proposal with specific fixture specifications, installation scope, timeline, and a clear total cost — before any commitment is made. No vague estimates, no surprise costs later.
Can I finance the project?
